This conventional house is located in De Beauvoir, London, one time this house just an old building stands in common style until it gets renovated by Scott Architects become ‘The Best Small House of the Year’ at Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2013.

Renovation project of this building is focus on how to create green environment with good natural lighting and accurate air circulation. The Victorian house plans are change the entire look of the floor and nicely brings the open basement living space under the main floor plan. All the ideas from Scott build special characteristic of innovative Victorian residence. Materials which are used include the oak woods, bricks, plastered materials, and concrete greatly blow the 50s atmosphere wherever they have been installed.
